Physiotherapy (Rehab)

Occupational Therapy (Rehab)

Regain independence with all activities of daily living, work and play while dealing with a physical or psychological injury. Our therapists will be able to provide specific and effective rehabilitation tailored to your very own individual need(s).

Those who benefit most from occupational therapy would present with the following issues including but not limited to:

  • mobility difficulties,

  • performing daily tasks,

  • sleep disturbances/insomnia,

  • difficulties integrating back to home, work or social environments,

Therapy modalities used by our occupational therapists include but are not limited to:

  • Strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises,

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy,

  • Activity modification,

  • Prescription of mobility aids,

  • Home modification,

  • Caregiver training,

  • Community integration,

  • Mobility aid training.

Personal Training (Fitness)

Develop an active and healthy lifestyle by training under the watchful eye of our highly qualified master trainer/exercise scientist.

Improve and maintain your health and wellness with strength, endurance and flexibility exercises. Avoid getting injured while getting fit and stay injury-proof!

Specialized services available under specific trainers:

  • Online coaching and contest prep plans available in 4 week blocks done by our Master Trainer Danie

  • Pre/post natal fitness and core muscles re-training with our Exercise Scientist Loretta

Personal training sessions will be carried out at either our studio gym, your home or at your preferred gym location (prices vary according to location).

Sports Massage (Fitness)

A type of deep tissue massage that is based on human anatomy and biomechanics, commonly used in conjunction with Physiotherapy (based on therapist’s assessment). Our massage therapists are highly qualified and certified to ensure a safe and value-adding experience.

Hydrotherapy (Rehab)

Essentially therapy and exercise in the water. Why should we let gravity limit our rehabilitation potential?

Run by licensed therapists and rehab trainers certified in hydrotherapy for chronic disease, you will be in safe hands while reaping constant benefits from doing effective and specific exercises prescribed to you.

The benefits of water are infinite and caters to all levels of needs and impairments - from the weakest of the weak to the strongest of elite athletes. We except all ages, disabilities and medical conditions that pass our screening process.

*Kindly note that every client must attend a mandatory pre-screening by our physiotherapist or occupational therapist before being accepted to our hydrotherapy service.

Hydrotherapy (Fitness)
